Re:  Change in Management

     Heather Brooks has resigned her position as resident manager of Colonial Gardens Apartments and will be moving.  Her last official day will be October 7^th.

The new resident manager, Karen Lamb has moved in to unit #10 and will take over all manger responsibilities.  Please direct your concerns and requests directly her or the office.
