Effective June 6, 2011 Derrick Saddler will be the Resident Manager at 1096 North Mollison Ave El Cajon, Ca 92021. He will reside in unit #12.

He is also authorized to accept your rent payments. Please note a 10% late fee will be assessed on any late payments.  All rents must be made out to Montezuma Equities.

     Heather Brooks has resigned her position as resident manager of Colonial Gardens Apartments and will be moving.  Her last official day will be October 7th.

 

The new resident manager, Karen Lamb has moved in to unit #10 and will take over all manger responsibilities.  Please direct your concerns and requests directly her or the office.
